Keith Douglas-Hogg set up Roxburgh HR as a HR outsourcing company in 2022, when he made the decision to freelance as an HR Consultant.
Based in the Scottish Borders, Roxburgh HR has built a client base, providing services based on an understanding that small to mid-sized organisations who have no internal HR, as well as HR Teams within larger companies, needed agile, people and business focussed HR solutions.
