Lekshmi Baburajan, Senior Consultant

Lekshmi is our Senior Learning and Organisational Development Consultant; a member of the International Coaching Federation is also an accredited Coach. Bringing extensive knowledge and experience in Learning and Organisational Development, gained with over ten years’ experience across a wide range of Sectors in the UK and globally.

Lekshmi also has wide ranging knowledge and experience in the Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) arena, and has supported a number of high-profile organisations modernising their approach to EDI, supporting them in creating outstanding places of work. Lekshmi holds postgraduate qualifications in Human Resource Development and Organisational Design and Development. She is a qualified NLP Practitioner, a Practitioner in Brain and Behaviour change using applied neuroscience, and a qualified coach, gained through an International Coaching Federation-accredited training programme.

In her coaching practice, Lekshmi creates a safe space for learning, supporting people navigate uncertain, and often challenging situations, allowing them to establish firm clear strategies, allowing them to execute enhanced performance. Wherever our clients are in their career and leadership journeys, Lekshmi equips them with new tools and approaches for their leadership toolbox using her unique blend of a person-centred approach with tools from NLP and insights from applied neuroscience. She focuses on helping her clients:
